Sales Communication

Till recently people believed that one of the quality required for a Sales person was "Communication"! And what was the meaning of skills in "Communication"? It was meant to be able to "convince" the other person to accept your idea or products or services.

That has changed.. A person who uses "Communication" in Sales is the one who asks the right questions to find out the needs of the customers at the right time in the right way, listens really well and understands the customer's needs, verifies them and then communicates the right proposition.

There is a systematic and scientific approach to these which can be easily learned and mastered for being more successful.
